Our Facilities
U.S.A - Located just six miles east of midtown Manhattan, our 165,000 square foot World Headquarters and Distribution Center houses all departments, personnel, systems, and inventory for our recognition programs. All of the necessary equipment and processes to administer every recognition program operate under one roof. With the flexibility to ship gifts using any major carrier, and the capability to bill shipping charges directly to your own shipping account, our automated fulfillment system ensures that every gift is shipped perfectly every time. Complimentary gift-wrapping of all gifts (within a reasonable size) and our innovative Core-View packaging, have proven the importance of a perfect gift presentation.

U.K. - Located in Wokingham, 30 minutes west of downtown London, our newly opened 15,000 square foot facility features corporate offices, a showroom and a fulfillment center. This ISO 9001 facility has easy access to major European arteries, which makes shipping and receiving extremely efficient.
Expansions
Within the past few years, we have made several major expansions to our facility. In 2000, we renovated and expanded our Customer Care department with full ACD and call center monitoring software. In 2001, we expanded our facility by 25,000 square feet and introduced a newly engineered system for the rapid receiving, picking, and shipping, of very large gifts. In mid-2004, we opened another 25,000 square foot expansion, dedicated to the administration, production, and inventory management of our customer's recognition award components. In 2006, we announced the purchase of a 35,000 sq. ft. building located across the street from our current location. Construction will begin in 2007 to convert the building from a two-story warehouse to a four-story distribution facility.
Security
We understand that when our customers provide us with their employee database information, we have a serious responsibility to safeguard the privacy and security of that information. To ensure maximum security, our facility maintains:
- CCTV monitoring with digital recording.
- Central station monitored intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and temperature alarms (in our data center).
- Swipe card access to all areas of the facility.
- Cypher locks at restricted areas.
- Full pre-employment background investigations of all employees by a 3rd party service, including criminal background, credit reporting, drug, and personality.
- All employees sign a confidentiality agreement prior to employment and receive initial and ongoing security training.
- Further system related security controls are available upon request.
