Evolution
In 1935, Rose and Michael C. Fina brought together their lives, money, and dreams of owning their own business. They started the Michael C. Fina Company as a small silverware store. They opened their doors on bustling Fifth Avenue in New York City, and were an immediate success. Rose and Mike founded the company with the belief that their customers deserve the best quality merchandise, at the lowest possible price, and with the best customer service. Michael C. Fina Company began catering to the tastes of discriminating New Yorkers, and soon came to sell much more than just silverware.
The store quickly became a destination for executives from the neighboring corporate offices. Executives looked to Michael C. Fina for their own personal gifts, as well as recognition gifts for their most dedicated employees. Michael C. Fina quickly became known on the streets of New York as the premier provider of high quality gifts and competitive prices.
More than half a century of experience in meeting the ever changing demands of consumers allows us to be uniquely adept at developing recognition programs for many of the nation's most recognized corporations. 5th Avenue
1998 marked the opening of our flagship store on Fifth Avenue. Michael C. Fina Company, yet again showing New York what a family business could achieve, built a store that showcases the most complete selection of jewelry, fine dinnerware, housewares, and giftware in Manhattan. With a full service Bridal and Gift Registry, our Fifth Avenue store has become the highlight of shopping in New York.
