Charles Fina, Executive Vice President
Charles Fina, Executive Vice President of Michael C. Fina, is an industry expert in jewelry and gemology. He oversees the merchandising and sourcing of all jewelry products, and travels the world to bring the best quality jewelry to Michael C. Fina's recognition programs.
With his passion for systems development and engineering, Charles is intimately involved in the design, architecture and implementation of all operations. Improving quality, increasing efficiency, and providing superior customer service are the core skills with which he designs every system and procedure. Charles works directly with Michael C. Fina's Integrated Business Solutions Group, designing the company's most complex and intricate recognition solutions.
Charles, a second generation Fina, has been in the family business for over 40 years. Known as a leader in the industry, Charles along with his brother George, pioneered the modern recognition program. Charles helped design a more meaningful program that offers employees lifestyle type gifts instead of the industry standard pins and rings. He was also instrumental in designing Michael C. Fina's "Magic Box," the ultimate recognition presentation vehicle.
Charles was instrumental in the company's successful expansion into the European recognition market through establishing operations in the United Kingdom. He also oversees the design and implementation of all of the companys computer system development and programming.
A graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in business management, Charles still shares an office with his brother George, showing that success has not spoiled his approach to the family business. Charles proudly boasts that he's only had one job in his life, demonstrating his life-long commitment to the family business.
