Executive Team Steven Linn, Chief Operating Officer Steven Linn, Chief Operating Officer at Michael C. Fina, is a specialist in operations and logistics. He has an extensive background in supply chain management, technology and performance improvement. Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Steve was a management consultant and trainer specializing in the areas of leadership development, talent management, and business process improvement for mid-size to Fortune-50 size organizations. Steve served five years as Vice President of Operations at The Vitamin Shoppe, where he led distribution, customer care, light manufacturing, inventory control and facilities management. Prior to joining The Vitamin Shoppe, Steve spent five years at Tiffany & Co. where he was promoted to Vice President of Distribution with responsibility for Tiffany’s Worldwide Distribution Center in New Jersey. His responsibilities included all inbound and outbound transportation, customer service, jewelry vault operations, customer and wholesale fulfillment, facilities, fleet and planning. A resident of Fair Lawn, NJ, Steve’s professional associations include: member/former board member, West Point Society of New York and member, NJHR Planning Group, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Warehouse Education and Resource Council (WERC). He has also been a featured speaker at the national and regional level for SHRM and WERC. Steve graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. degree and served three years in the U.S. Army as a Commissioned Officer, gaining extensive experience in supply-chain management. He also graduated from Pace University with an M.B.A. in Management.
