Steve Walter, Vice President - Sales
Steve Walter has served as Vice President of Sales of Michael C. Fina since January 2007. He is responsible for the management of all sales activities within the company. His responsibilities include successful integration of marketing, brand development and initiatives to further Fina's overall company vision and market trends.
Managing and co-selling with current National Sales Directors and Area Managers, as well as prospecting, designing, implementing and measuring effective recognition programs, are other areas of Steve's responsibilities and expertise.
Steve joined Michael C. Fina in 2004 as National Sales Director. Prior to joining the company he held the position of Director of Sales at NTT/Verio where he was responsible for Mid Atlantic region.
Steve is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, WorldatWork and the National Association of Employee Recognition.
Steve graduated from California State University at Northridge where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. | |
