MICHAEL C. FINA RESTRUCTURES OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH NEW HIRES AND PROMOTIONS

 

NEW YORK, NY (July 23, 2007) – Michael C. Fina, a leading provider of worldwide corporate employee recognition programs, announced today the expansion of its operations leadership team as part of the company’s efforts to restructure its Integrated Business Solutions and Jewelry Operations Departments. The company promotes two directors from within the organization and hires two new key managers.


Domenick Stabile has been appointed Director, Customer Information Integration. Domenick will play an instrumental role in customer data and customer facing technology while managing Michael C. Fina’s external relationship with its technology partners. Domenick returns to Michael C. Fina after spending nine years at Estee Lauder, where he managed many technology initiatives including warehouse management and SAP implementations. Domenick’s responsibilities will increase the speed of reaction in support of the company’s customers.  In addition, his extensive technology experience will ensure that Michael C. Fina remains at the forefront in orchestrating technological innovations in connection with all employee recognition programs.  Domenick earned a BS and MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. He resides in Westbury, NY with his wife and three children.

 

Alice Merchant joins Michael C Fina as Manager, Customer Implementation and Support.  In this position, Alice will be responsible for all customer implementations, program changes, and operational/process improvements.  Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Alice worked at Applied Graphics Technologies and Heartbeat Software where she held leadership positions in account management, client support and project management.  Her clients included companies such as Sanofi-Aventis, Amgen, General Motors, and the PGA Tour.  Alice’s strong analytical and project management skills along with her proven ability to support Fortune 100 and 500 clients, make her an asset to Michael C. Fina.  Alice earned a BFA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a resident of Riverdale, NY.

 

Kimberly Trezza has been promoted to Director, Key Initiatives. In her new position, Kimberly will continue to lead the roll-out of new internal management systems for operations, and will utilize her experience to help the company lead key operational and customer initiatives.  Kimberly will also manage planning and quality control, while working on her Six-Sigma Green Belt certification. This certification will allow Michael C. Fina to create greater alignment with its large Six-Sigma customers. Kimberly joined Michael C. Fina in 1999. She earned a BA degree from New York University and is a resident of New York City.

 

Debra Fenton has been promoted to Director, Jewelry Merchandising and Operations where she will assume additional management and sourcing responsibilities, and will continue to lead Michael C. Fina’s recognition jewelry merchandising efforts and jewelry operation functions. Debra joined Michael C. Fina in 1996.  Debra earned a BBA degree from Baruch College. She resides in Old Bridge, New Jersey with her husband and daughter.

 

All four leaders will report to Steven M. Linn, Vice President of Operations, Michael C. Fina.
