NEW YORK, NY (October 23, 2007) – Michael C. Fina, a leading provider of worldwide corporate employee recognition programs, today announced that it has expanded its sales team by adding four Area Managers to Orlando, Kansas City, Los Angeles and Phoenix markets to accommodate the increasing demand for quality employee recognition programs.
To facilitate this expansion, Michael C. Fina has added Dan Whitley, Jeremiah O’Connor, Douglas Christensen and Samuel Kasper to its sales team.

Dan Whitley, Area Manager, is based out of Orlando, Florida. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina’s sales efforts in northern Florida. Dan has an extensive background in strategic market planning, corporate communications, sales management, new business development as well as international business experience.
Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Dan was National Account Manager with TelCove/Level 3 Communications, Inc., an international communications company. Here he was responsible for the development of the national account sales strategy in the Southeast Region. Previously, Dan was National Account Manager with MCI.
Dan is a resident of Winter Springs, Florida.
Jeremiah O’Connor, Area Manager, is based out of Kansas City, Missouri. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina’s sales efforts in the greater Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas areas. Jeremiah is a seasoned sales and marketing veteran and has experience in customer service, human resources and information technology.
Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Jeremiah was a Major Account Representative in the HR/Payroll sector of Ceridian Corporation, a business services HR outsourcing company. Previously, Jeremiah was Existing Major Account Manager with Tectura in Kansas City.
Jeremiah is a resident of Overland Park, Kansas.
Douglas Christensen, Area Manager, is based out of Los Angeles, California. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina’s sales efforts in Southern California. Douglas has an extensive background in sales as well as account and sales management.
Most recently, Douglas was a Regional Sales Manager with Administrative Resource Options (ARO), a provider for outsourced services for corporations and professional organizations to outsource their non-core business support services. Here he was responsible for new business development as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention. Previously, he was a Senior Account Manager with OCE Business Services, formerly Archer Management Services.
Douglas is a resident of Hermosa Beach, California.
Samuel Kasper, Area Manager, is based out of Phoenix, Arizona. He will be responsible for Michael C. Fina’s sales efforts in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Samuel has a background in business management and operations.
Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Samuel held various Director and Operations Processor positions at Wells Fargo, a leading financial services company.
Samuel is a resident of Laveen, Arizona.
In addition to these four sales offices, Michael C. Fina now has representation in all major cities across the United States and will continue to target corporations interested in recognizing their employees in a variety of industries.
