WITH FRENCH CANADIAN LANGUAGE CAPABILITY

IVR is a phone technology that allows a computer to detect voice and touch tones using a normal phone call. “GiftTALK has been available in English and Spanish and we have now deployed the French Canadian language to better support our Canadian customers,” said Michael A.
