TO ACCOMMODATE CONTINUED GROWTH
NEW YORK, NY (February 27, 2007) – Michael C. Fina, a leading provider of worldwide corporate employee recognition programs, today announced that it has expanded its sales efforts in key markets across the country to capitalize on an increasing demand for successfully implemented employee recognition programs.
To facilitate this initiative, Michael C. Fina has added Mark C. Rettberg as National Sales Director of its Eastern Region. In addition, Mark Heady and Rebecca S. Simmons joined the company as Area Managers.
Mark C. Rettberg, National Sales Director, is based out of the company’s US headquarters in Long Island City, NY. Mark has an extensive background in strategic planning, contract negotiations, sales and marketing, client retention and national and global relationship management. As National Sales Director, Mark will be managing Michael C. Fina’s area managers in the eastern region.
Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Mark was Director of Key Accounts for Genesys Conferencing, where he successfully obtained 115% of revenue objectives, ranking #1 in North America and #4 globally. Prior to joining Genesys he was a National Account Manager with Lucent Technologies. Mark is a resident of Mahopac, NY.
Mark Heady, Area Manager, is based out of St. Louis, MO. Mark has a track record of moving marketing efforts to the next level, developing sales teams and outperforming revenue goals. Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Mark was Regional Sales Manager of TALX Corporation and a Regional Manager with O.C. Tanner. He brings a wealth of experience in designing recognition programs for a variety of companies. Mark is a resident of Wildwood, MO.
Rebecca S. Simmons, Area Manager, is based out of Detroit, MI. Prior to joining Michael C. Fina Rebecca was a sales, marketing and business consultant with various companies. Rebecca has an extensive background in the recognition industry having served as Regional Manager at O. C. Tanner for eight years. Rebecca is a resident of Novi, MI.
